About

Built by people who ran the floor.

Welivo exists because the people who built it spent years promoting managers, writing KPIs, and still not being able to say which managers were coaching. It is the record they wished they had.

Why we built it

Welivo is built and run by Certi Technologies Ltd from Manchester. It was founded by Scott O'Sullivan, and the product comes directly from the problem he lived with for fourteen years.

Scott spent fourteen years in B2B sales and operations, most of it in regulated financial services and claims. He went from the phones to Director of Sales Operations at Help Your Claim, running outbound floors in the UK and South Africa with full P&L, hiring and developing every manager, and standing in front of two hundred people every week. After that, Sales Director at Evolve Global, then CEO at Nostro, a trading fintech, leading a team of engineers.

The thing that never went away, in any of those jobs, was this. Leaders could see every rep's number to the pound. They could not see whether the manager had done anything to help them get there. The managers said they had. The reps, when they left, said they hadn't. There was never a record either way, and every case lost at tribunal was lost for exactly that reason.

Welivo is the record. Managers make dated promises to their reps every week. Reps confirm, in private, whether they were kept. Leaders see which managers are managing and which reps are short with nobody helping. Nobody marks their own homework.

How we work

We set up every customer ourselves. The first accounts need to be done properly, and we learn more from a two-hour setup with a real floor than from a month of analytics. Your account is built from your list, your leaders get a walkthrough from us, and the first Friday emails go out that week.

If you want to see it, book twenty minutes. If you think we've got something wrong, tell us through the same form. We read everything.
